Established in 2024, Lenamusic&Co. is a music-health editorial board incorporate award-winning musicians with diverse expertise in music, medicine, and education. Our mission is to promoting the art of music alongside well-being.
Our articles cover a broad spectrum of genre; from musician’s health to Contemporary classical music. We collaborate closely with medical professionals on research related to neurological conditions, and are currently producing an ongoing series called “The Dystonal Project,” which explores Focal Dystonia in musicians.
